Since starting Spot over 5 years ago, our main goal has been to create a way for Dog Owners to book a trusted dog walker that shows up every single time. We guarantee that a walker will be available for every single walk booked. We haven't had a no-show in over 75,000 walks and we are the only dog walking service that will pay 100's of dollars for walkers to drop what they are doing to fulfill a request. Spot always provides a backup walker in case of cancellation but of course, you can always opt-out of that.
