How to book a puppy visit
A puppy visits can consist of any combination of walking, backyard time, indoor play time & cuddles, & feeding. Booking a puppy visit is the same process as booking a walk, just be sure to leave detailed instructions outlining how you would like the walker to spend their time.
To book tap Book or Find Walkers on the Homepage.
Select the date, length, and arrival timeframe.
In the Walk & Entry Instructions section, include detailed information outlining how you would like the walker to spend their time.
How to book $16 puppy visits
When combining a recurring walk (or puppy visit) with a prepaid 10-walk discount package, you will receive total savings of 20%, brining the per walk/visit cost of a 15-minute booking down to $16. To book a recurring walk (or puppy visit):

At the bottom of the page, toggle on the setting Auto-Repurchase On Zero Walks.

The walks in a prepaid package can be used anytime and never expire. With a walk package, rather than charging your credit card after each walk, instead, a walk is taken from your package.

After every competed recurring walk, 10% of the regular (pre-discount) walk price is added to your account as a Cash Credit. For example, $2.30 after every 30-minute recurring walk. Cash Credit can be used to purchase future walks or packages and never expires.

With the Auto-Repurchase setting turned on, when your walk package reaches zero walks, all of the accumulated cash credit will automatically be applied to the purchase of your next package. With this setting on, you will automatically be charged every 10-walks, and will automatically receive the 20% discount.

With the Auto-Repurchase setting turned off, the process above will not be automatic. Instead, you will be notified when your walk package has 1 walk remaining, and when it reaches zero walks. With this setting off, the purchase of future walk packages and the use of your Cash Credit will be at your discretion.
How do I book multiple puppy visits in the same day
To book multiple walks on the same day, you will have to complete the booking process twice:

If you need the same set of multiple walks/visits on more than one day, complete the above process using the Future Dates option when booking. 
Does Spot require vaccination records
No. Because Spot walks are strictly private, on-leash, and door-to-door, which means no groups and no off-leash parks, we do not require vaccination records. 
Can the walker feed my dog?
Yes, walkers are permitted to feed your dog! Please provide feeding instructions if you would like your dog to be fed before or after a walk. 
My puppy is too young for walks, can the walker use the time in other ways?
Yes, Spot works great for new puppy owners! the walker can use the scheduled time however you’d like. Here are some examples of activities your walker can perform during the scheduled time: 
  - Walking
   - Indoor stimulation (visiting and playing)
   - Outdoor stimulation (visiting and playing)
   - Feeding
   - Filling the water dish

Please provide instructions if you would like your walker to spend the scheduled time doing activities other than walking.
My puppy is not vaccinated and can’t be taken to a dog park
No problem! The walker can use the scheduled time doing activities other than walking, for example:   - Walking
   - Indoor stimulation (visiting and playing)
   - Outdoor stimulation (visiting and playing)
   - Feeding
   - Filling the water dish

Please provide instructions if you would like your walker to spend the scheduled time doing activities other than walking.
Booking your first walk on our web app
To book a walk tap the (Book A Walk) button on the website homepage.

There are 3 components to every booking, the walk length, date, and arrival timeframe. 

Spot offers 4 walk lengths, 15-minutes, 30-minutes, 45-minutes, and 60-minutes. The arrival timeframe is the acceptable timeframe in which the walker can arrive, for example, it’s acceptable for a walker to arrive at 12:56 for a 12:00-1:00 arrival. 

You will then be prompted to enter your dog’s information (name, age, breed, bio) and asked to provide walker instructions (parking, entry, walk instructions) to help the walker know who and what to expect upon arrival.  

Once you’ve finalized your booking, the walk is scheduled! On the day of the walk, a Spot dog walker will arrive within the scheduled timeframe, and using your instructions and walking tools (leash, collar, harness, bags, treats) they’ll set out on a private, on-leash walk.
How do I edit a scheduled walk?
To edit the parking instructions, entry information, and walk instructions for a scheduled walk:
Open My Schedule, click on the date, and press Edit Walk next to the scheduled walk. 
Click Edit this Walk.
On this page you can edit the parking instructions, entry information, and walk instructions.
To change the arrival timeframe or length of a scheduled walk, you will need to cancel and rebook with the changes needed.
How to add cash credit to a scheduled walk?
To add cash credit to a scheduled walk:
Open My Schedule, click on the date and press Edit Walk.
Click Add Cash Credit.
Use the slider to select the amount of cash credit to be applied.
How do I add a dog to a scheduled walk?
To add cash credit to a scheduled walk:
Open My Schedule, click on the date and press Edit Walk.
Click Add Cash Credit.
Use the slider to select the amount of cash credit to be applied.
How to add a promo to a scheduled walk? 
To add cash credit to a scheduled walk:
Open My Schedule, click on the date and press Edit Walk.
Click Add Cash Credit.
Use the slider to select the amount of cash credit to be applied.
How to cancel a walk?
To cancel a scheduled walk:
Click My Schedule
Click on the date
Click Cancel this Walk
If you are cancelling a single walk from a recurring schedule, you will see two options:
Cancel this Walk
Cancel the entire Recurring Walk. My Schedule
If you If you accidentally cancel the entire recurring walk, send Spot Support a message and we will reinstate the recurring walk. 

Whether you have a regular or recurring walk, you may cancel a walk for whatever reason (stat holiday, dog at groomer, family in town helping out) without penalty up to 3-hours before the walk start time. For cancellations within 3-hours, you will be charged $12.  cancelling a single walk from a recurring schedule, you will see two options:
What is the cancellation policy?

For cancellations within 3-hours, for cancellations within 3-hours, you will be charged $12. If you forget to cancel a walk and the walker arrives, you will be charged for the full scheduled walk.
How to delete your account?
To delete your account:

Edit Account Info
Click the red Delete Account button at the bottom of the page.
How to view the walk report?
To view a walk report: 
Click My Schedule
Click on the date
Click Walk Report
The walk report includes the Photo & Video Gallery, Potty Report, Time, Distance, Walker’s Notes, GPS walk map, and a spot to Rate Your Walker.
How to view the GPS walk map?
Unfortunately, there is no live GPS when using the website to book walks. However, you can view the GPS map as soon as a walk is completed. To view the GPS map once a walk is completed, open My Schedule, click on the date, press Walk Report, and scroll down until you find the GPS map.

For live GPS you will need to download the Spot App. To download the Spot App search “Spot Dog Walking” on the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

Click Walk Report
Click on the orange stars to Rate Your Walker
How to book 2 walks for the same day?
To book multiple walks on the same day, you will have to complete the booking process twice:

Click Book A Walk on the website homepage and submit the booking for the second walk.
If you need the same set of multiple walks on more than one day, complete the above process using the Future Dates option when booking.
